GWS was engaged to supply the welding services for the Canopy Tube installation. This scope of works was inclusive of the Design and Development of the WPS and execution of works under strict ITP’s and thorough documentation requirements. This scope of works required a high amount of collaboration with our client working back to back day/night shift, with constant drilling and welding works.
GWS provided Welder Operator/ Welding Inspector/ NDT Technician for all welded joints through out the entire shift, GWS also provided all the document controls and reports for these Works, ‘ examples being of Weld mapping/ NDT Reports/ Materials Traceability/ SWMS/ Process methodology’s and more’…
